Welcome to Flagship Charter Academy

Welcome aboard Flagship Charter Academy. Your journey will prove to be the most inspiring and exciting adventure you have ever taken. Flagship Charter Academy is located on Detroit’s Midwest side in a beautifully renovated building. Upon entering Flagship, you will get a feeling of community and family.

Students and parents are greeted every morning by our dynamic staff and we begin our day together as a school during morning assembly. In morning assembly you will see students, parents, and staff reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, Student Creed and patriotic song for the quarter. You will also enjoy a valuable lesson for the day based on our virtue for the month.

Our purpose is to ensure that all Flagship students are college-bound upon graduating in eighth grade. We talk about college opportunity everyday. Once a month, everyone has an opportunity to wear a college T-shirt or sweatshirt.

In addition to attending morning assembly, parents enjoy volunteering in the school. They help in the classroom, library, and office as well as during lunch time. Parents and family members are an integral part of Flagship Charter Academy.
